  • Envisions policy in KS regarding the KS Stabilization Fund is if the site or provider is an IC the physician is responsible for their own portion of the KSF. Will need to show proof of coverage and that they have the required coverage of $800,000 / $2,400,000 through the KSF if already licensed in KS
  • Must have the KS or MO license and DEA, this is not a disaster need
  • Must have clean malpractice/background for temp privs
  • Must be Board Certified Emergency Medicine
  • Must send self-query NPDB and EPA with presentation
  • Must be able to work day and night shifts
  • Must be willing to cross credential at all HCA sites
  • All candidates must have meet the minimum shift availability listed on the job.
  • CV must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format
  • Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent on top
  • Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV
  • EPA (Please use the attached EPA. Its also in Trio under your Name & then click on Help)
  • All Licenses, Boards and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV
  • Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB
  • Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting documents
  • Availability
    • 1st possible date they would be available?

Facility Description  
Job Description: Emergency Department Profile: · 46,000 annual patient visits · Level I Trauma Center · 40-bed ED including Rapid Care Path · 40-hours of physician coverage daily · 48-hours of APP coverage daily · Meditech EMR · Research just changed the credentialing guidelines last week and will be following the ACS Trauma Guidelines since they are a Level I Trauma center. o Must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. (ABMS, AOA, or Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada) 

They will take FM or IM; however, they MUST be EM Boarded with 5 years of recent EM Experience. This could apply to anyone physicians completing training before June 2016 o Since the ACS does not recognize the ABPS, they will no longer accept this certification. · ACLS, PALS and NIHSS required. Will be suspended until the new cert is received. · ATLS preferred NOT required for ABEM providers. · BLS not needed if ACLS is renewed. · CMEs for the past 24 months · Case Logs for the past 24 months
