Job Details
SMART is actively recruiting for a locum emergency medicine physician to provide coverage for a client of ours in Northwestern Mississippi, about a hundred miles south of Memphis. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and ongoing for 6+ months
Qualifications:
- Active MS License preferred
- BC/BE in Emergency Medicine or FM w/ED experience
- ACLS, ATLS AND PALS (ATLS waived for EM Board certified)
- Shift times: 7a-7p
- Scribe available 11a-11p each day
- Annual volume: 10k
- Avg. 2 patients per hour
- Admitting Orders: Bridge orders are used (confirming with FMD)
- Not a trauma center
- EMR: MedHost
- Competitive hourly rates
- SMART covers malpractice insurance
- Paid travel and accommodations
