SMART is actively recruiting for a locum emergency medicine physician to provide coverage for a client of ours in NE South Carolina, about 30 miles from Charlotte. Coverage is needed beginning March 2025 and ongoing for about 6 months.
Qualifications:
- Active SC License
- BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
- ACLS required
Job Summary:
- Shift times: 6a-4p, 6a-6p, 10a-4p, 4p-2a, 6p-6a, 8p-8a
- Annual volume: 55k
- Patient Volume: Avg. 2 patients per hour
- Level III Trauma Center
- No admits required
- Codes required just at one site
- Will need to cross-credential at two additional sites
- All specialty backup available
- EMR: Cerner
