Qualifications:
• License requirements: Active IN license or Willing to obtain (We will reimburse)

Job Summary:

• 7:30a - 3:30p / Call from 3:30p - 7:30a
• 3 weeknights per month, potential opportunity for more 
• Primary Call - IN HOUSE, Secondary Call - 30 minutes
• MDs onsite - No supervision
• Mostly General, endo**, ortho, urology, high-risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, Cancer, Liver. Some Vascular, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, very light Cardiac (TEE, lungs and major vasicular).  **Endo is mainly at the ASC – close to 2100 cases per year Blocks: bread and butter blocks, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor popliteal & TAPS
