SMART Physician Recruiting is actively recruiting for an Anesthesiologist to provide Locum coverage for a client of ours in Indiana. Coverage is needed for an ongoing basis at two facilities in Indiana.

Qualifications:

Active Indiana license
Board Certified
MD/DO

Job Summary:

Shift Mon- Fri
Procedures: – proof of blocks (Blocks: ISB, supraclavicular, intermediate cervical plexus (for clavicles), maybe axillary, pop, ACB, potentially IPac and geniculars)
7AM-3PM; Call hours 3PM-7AM
Call location 1: mix of OR and OB cases / 2: OR call only
3 weeks on and 1 week off
Must be proficient: 1^st facility: ENDO, PEDS, URO, Trauma, Ophthalmology, General, GYN, ORTHO 2^nd facility: ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, General, ORTHO
Each site 1 MD/1 CRNA
