SMART Physician Recruiting is actively recruiting for a 100% Interventional Radiologist to provide Locum coverage for a client of ours in Arizona
Coverage is needed for an ongoing basis 
Qualifications:

• Active AZ License
• Fellowship Required
• Board Certified

Job Summary:

• 100% IR onsite
• 7 days, 8a-5p MST
• IR Fellowship
• Procedure:
•  Emergent, Inpatient Routine, Other Routine, Stat, Stroke
• WEEKDAY schedule
  Biopsies/drainages – 7-9 /day
  GI/GU procedures – 2-3 /day
  
  IVC Filter placement/removal – 2-3 /week
  PE/DVT Thrombectomy – 1-2 /week
  Gi bleed/trauma Embolization – 1-2 /week
  Dialysis intervention – 1 /week
  
  PA performs paras, thoras, LPs and venous access procedures.
  
  WEEKNIGHT call backs
  Emergent GI bleed/trauma Embolization – 1-2 /week
  Emergent PE thrombectomy – 1 /week
  Emergent GU/Gallbladder drainage – 1/week
  
  WEEKEND calls
  Urgent drainages – 3-4/weekend
  Urgent GI/GU procedures – 1-2 /weekend
  Other (IVC filter, embolization, etc) – 1-2 /weekend
