Locum Job Opportunity
SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Indiana. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and ongoing from there. .
Qualifications:
- Active Indiana license preferred or willing to get a license.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA Certified)
- Must provide a minimum of 250 caselogs each year for the last two years.
Job Summary:
- Shift times: 7a-3p or 7a-5p
- Call Details (if applicable): 5p-7a on weekdays and 24 hour on weekends. Post call day off for providers taking call during the week.
- Case types (if applicable):General, Endo, Ortho and Joint Replacement, Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia
- Coverage per day: 7 providers a day at this site, including MDs and AAs
- Additional Details: PRN dates available as well. 40 hr/week guarantee for full week coverage
- EMR: EPIC
