SMART is actively recruiting for a locum Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage for a client of ours in Florida.
Qualifications:
- License requirements: FL License
- Certification requirements: ABEM/ABIM
- Any additional requirements specific to job (i.e. specific availability, specific certifications, etc.) ACLS/PALS
Job Summary:
- Annual Patient Volume: 22,630
- Shift Times: MD: 7a-7p, 7p-7a | APC: 10a-10p, 1p-11
- How many MDs/APCs during the day? 1 MD 1 APC
- How many MDs/APCs during the night? 1 MD 1 APC
- EMR: EPIC
- Patients per Hour: 2-2.5
- Who responds to codes, EM or HM? EM
- Will locum providers respond to codes? Yes
- Scribe Coverage: Yes; clinician paid
- Admitting Orders: Yes
