SMART is actively recruiting for a locum Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage for a client of ours in Florida.
Qualifications:
- License requirements: FL License
- Certification requirements: ABEM/ABOM or BE in ABEM
Job Summary:
• Will temporary or emergency privileges be granted?: Yes (1-2 months for a clean file)• What is the annual patient volume?: 50000
• What is the total number of hospital beds?: 300
• How many ED beds?: 35
• Will FM and/or IM trained clinicians be accepted?: Neither
• What is the patient volume per hour?: 1.5
• Are scribe services offered?: no
• Trauma designation Level: Level 4
• Will the hospital release their application and process pending license?: Yes
• Acceptable Board Certifications:: ABEM/AOBEM
• EMR: Meditech
• What specialty backup is available?: Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Cardiovascular Surgery, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Hematology/Oncology, Infectious Disease, Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Nuclear Medicine, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Pain Clinic, Psychiatry, Pulmonology, Radiology, Urology, Vascular Surgery, Wound Care
