SMART Locums is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Michigan.

Qualifications:

  • Active MI License
  • Certifications-ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA (AHA ACLS and PALS Required)

Job Summary:
  • Credentialing Time Frame:60-90 days
  • Shift Schedule:7A-3P
  • Call Schedule/Rotation: no call and no weekends
  • Supervision Model: MDs do preops, run boards, supervise, and could go in a room. If in a room, surgeon is supervisor of CRNAs. CRNAs are in a room.
  • Type of Cases Required: General, Ortho and Joint Replacements
  • Procedures Required: proof of blocks (Blocks: ISB, supraclavicular, intermediate cervical plexus (for clavicles), maybe axillary, pop, ACB, potentially IPac and geniculars
  • Staff per Day MD/CRNA/APP:4
  • Number of OR’s: 3
  • EMR: SIS
