SMART is actively recruiting for a locum to provide coverage for a client of ours in Indiana. 

Qualifications:

• License requirements: Indiana 
•  must be AHA certified

• IN license
• Certifications- must be AHA certified

• Shift – 7:30a - 3:30p / Call from 3:30p - 7:30a
• Call- 3 weeknights per month, potential opportunity for more in start-up phase
• EMR; Medaxion
• Cases- High-Acuity Cases - Mostly General, endo, ortho, urology, high-risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, Cancer, Liver. Some Vascular, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, very light Cardiac lungs and major vascular). Endo is mainly at the ASC –, Blocks: bread and butter blocks, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor popliteal & TAPS
