Locum Job Opportunity

SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Indiana. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and ongoing from there. .

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana license preferred or willing to get a license. 
• ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA Certified)
• Must provide a minimum of 250 caselogs each year for the last two years. 

Job Summary:

• Shift times: 7a-3p or 7a-5p 
• Call Details (if applicable): 5p-7a on weekdays and 24 hour on weekends. Post call day off for providers taking call during the week. 
• Case types (if applicable):General, Endo, Ortho and Joint Replacement, Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia
• Coverage per day: 7 providers a day at this site, including MDs and AAs
• Additional Details: PRN dates available as well. 40 hr/week guarantee for full week coverage 
• EMR: EPIC
