Locum Tenens Opportunity: Interventional + General Radiologist | Kentucky
SMART Physician Recruiting is actively seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist with General Radiology skills to provide Locum Tenens coverage for a valued client in Kentucky. Emergency privileges are available for qualified candidates.
Position Highlights

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
-
Volume: 55 RVUs per shift
-
Tech Stack: RPCE, PowerScribe 4.0
-
Fluoroscopy Procedures: BE, UGI, Mod BAS, SMB (fluoro recorded and sent to PACS)
Required Procedures
-
Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Chest Tube Placements
-
CT Biopsies (Kidney, Bone, Liver, Lung)
-
Ultrasound-Guided Biopsies/Aspirations (No Breast)
-
Myelograms, Spinal Punctures
-
Arthrograms (Hip, Shoulder, Wrist, Knee)
-
Fluoro-Guided Aspirations
-
CT-Guided Drain Tube Placements
-
Fluoro-Guided G-Tube Placements
-
Tunnel & Trialysis Catheter Placements
-
CT-Guided Percutaneous Nephrostomy Tube Placement
Qualifications
-
Active Kentucky medical license (or eligibility via IMLC – we assist with licensing)

Board Certification in Radiology
