SMART is actively recruiting for a locum experienced CRNAs to provide coverage for a client of ours in Indiana. Coverage is needed multiple dates starting Sept 22 week and ongoing in 2026.

Qualifications:

• License requirements Indiana license & DEA
• Certification requirements ACLS, BLS, PALS

Job Summary:

• Shift times: 7a - 3p / Call hours: 3p - 7a
• Call Details (if applicable): 1 weekday call per week (combo of primary and secondary) and either 5pm or 7pm room per week
• Case types (if applicable): General, Ortho(mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB
• Additional details: Procedures Required: Spinals Blocks and epidurals Case logs required!
• EMR: EPIC
