SMART is actively recruiting for a locum hospitalist to provide coverage for a client of ours in the Tulsa, OK area. Coverage is needed beginning in November and ongoing for 6-12 months.
Qualifications:
- Active OK license or IMLC
- BC/BE in IM or FM w/recent hospitalist experience
- ACLS Required
- Applicants should have 5+ shifts of availability per month.
- Program Structure: 7 on 7 off Tues – Mon
- Need to be willing to cover 2 facilities with 1hr of each other (will have schedule prior for locations being scheduled at)
- One Location is Closed ICU with annual volume of 86,750 the other is Open Intensvisits available with annual volume of 18,840
- Comfortable admitting to CC
- Backup Specialties
- No Procedures required but can be optional
- Admissions Required average of 6-10 a night
- EMR – Cerner
- Competitive hourly rates
