Locum Job Opportunity

SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Georgia. Coverage is needed June  9th - 27th with possibility of ongoing needs.

Qualifications:

• GA license 
• AHA-ACLS BLS PALS

Job Summary:

• Shift Schedule:7a-3p Monday through Friday
• Call Schedule/Rotation: 3p-7a with post call day off
  Minimal Availability Required:
• Supervision Model: Medical Supervision
• Type of Cases Required:ENDO, PEDs URO, ENT, Gen, Ortho, OB/GYN, EYES
• Procedures Required:Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals. 
• Staff per Day MD/CRNA/APP: 1 MD 3 CRNAs
• Number of OR’s: 5
• EMR:Medaxio
• Additional Details: CRNA takes epidural call 5p-7a on weekdays and Only Epidural call on weekends.
