SMART is working with a client in Colorado, seeking a certified CRNA for locum coverage. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be an ongoing need during permanent recruitment.



Qualifications:

• Active Colorado License
• Certifications-ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA (AHA ACLS and PALS Required)

• Credentialing Time Frame:30-60 days
• Shift Schedule:7a-3p
• Call Schedule/Rotation: 3p-7a every other week Nite, every third weekend 
• Minimal Availability Required: 2-week blocks
• Supervision Model: all CRNA practice
   
• Type of Cases Required: Endo, ortho, OB/GYN, Gen, very light PEDs, URO, Dental Procedures Required: Blocks, Spinal, Epidurals
• Staff per Day MD/CRNA/APP:2
• Number of OR’s: 3
• Volume/Census/Cases:
• EMR: EPIC
