SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in beautiful Vermont. Coverage is needed  ongoing

Qualifications:

• License requirements: Active Vermont license & Vermont DEA 
• Certification requirements: ACLS?, BLS, PALS (Must be through the AHA)
• Any additional requirements specific to job (i.e. specific availability, specific certifications, etc.) Summer availability preferred

Job Summary:

• Shift times: Monday - Friday. Cases start 7a, 2 providers on 3-5p late room shift daily.
• Weeknight Call Rotation: Beeper call rotated evenly, about once per week.
• Weekend Call Rotation: About once a month
• Call Response Time: 30 minutes 
• Case types (if applicable): Ortho, General, Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics
• EMR: Medaxion
