SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours Indiana. Coverage is needed asap and ongoing until permanent candidate found.

Qualifications:

• Indiana License requirements
• Life Certs: DEA, ACLS, PALS and BLS

Job Summary:

• Monday - Friday 10-hour shifts Available
• Dates for coverage:  March 2-6, March 30-April 3, April 2 x2, April 27-May 1,June 8-14, June 29-July 5 (June 29-30 x2), July 6-12, July 20-24(July 20-21 x2), July 27-Aug 2, Aug 3-9 x2, Aug 10-14, Aug 24-30, Aug 31- Sept 6, Sept 8-11,Sept 21-27, Sept 28-Oct 4 x2, Oct 5-9, Oct 12-16, Oct 26-Nov 1 x2, Nov 2-6, Nov 16-22, Nov 23-29 x2, Nov 30-Dec 4 x2, Dec 7-11, Dec 14-20, Dec 21-24 x2, Dec 25-27, Dc 28-31 x2, ongoing weekly 
• Type of Cases Required: ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO
• Additional details: blocks and spinals preferred not required
• EMR: CERNER
