SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Michigan. Coverage is needed asap and ongoing until permanent candidate found. 

Qualifications:

• Active MI License requirements
• Current DEA: BLS, PALS, ACLS (AHA) 

Job Summary:

• Shift times: 7A-3P; CALL 3P-7A
• Call Schedule/Rotation: Every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend 
• Type of Cases Required: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Ped Dental, ENT, ENDO, Podiatry, no heads, hearts or spines (350 deliveries a year)
• Providers must have OB cases in the past 12 months.
• Procedures Required: Blocks, Spinals, and epidurals. 
• Staff per Day MD/CRNA/APP:
• Additional Details: Number of OR's 4
• EMR: Cerner
