SMART Physician Recruiting is actively recruiting for Emergency Room Physicians to provide Locum coverage for a client of ours in Alabama 
Two (2) Positions open – 1. Weekends Sta and Sun -Day shift AND 2. Evening Weekday shifts (7 days) – Schedule is flexible with consistent availability 
Coverage is needed for an ongoing basis 

Qualifications:
•    Active AL License or Active IMLC 
•    Board Certified 
Job Summary:
•    Schedule – Weekends Sat and Sun 
•    Board requirement EM/FM/IM 
•    Annual Patient Volume: 24k
•    Patients per Hour: 2.7 including shared APC visits
•    ED Bed Count: 12 (2 trauma)
•    Shift Times / Coverage Details: 6a-6p / 6p-6a
•    APC Hours of Coverage: 12 APC hrs. per day (11a-11p)
•    Scribe Coverage: None
•    EMR: CernerAdmitting Orders: ED Physician is responsible for writing orders using pre-completed templates by diagnosis
•    Trauma Center Designation: Trauma Level III
•    Subspecialty Backup:
•    In House: Gen surgery & Cardiology (Mon-Fri but only during the - no nights or weekends)
•    TeleMed: Trauma surgery; Neurology; Psychiatry
