CRNA locum need in AZ 

SMART Physician Recruiting is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Arizona. 

Qualifications:

• AZ license preferred
• Certification requirements:  BLS, ACLS, PALS AHA certified
• Any additional requirements specific to job:  block, epidurals, spinals

Job Summary:

• First Date of Coverage Needed: March 17, 2026
• Rotation/Dates of Coverage Needed: 8 CRNAs daily starting March 17, 2026
• Daily Model: 5 CRNAs/day in OR Mon–Fri (7am–5pm) 1 provider will rotate night call every 12 weeks
• 1 CRNA on OB float during the day and primary call at night (post-call day off)
• 1 CRNA on secondary call at night (no post-call day off)
• 1 provider 11p–7a, working a week straight of nights Mon–Fri in-house (not on call, working hourly)
