SMART is actively recruiting for a locum Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage for a client of ours in Ohio. 

Qualifications:

• License requirements:  Ohio license
• Certification requirements:  ABEM/AOBEM, ABIM/AOBIM
• Any additional requirements specific to job (i.e. specific availability, specific certifications, etc.) ACLS, ATS, PALS

Job Summary:

• Shift times: Mon-Tues 7a-3p 3p-11p 10p-7a Wed-Sun 7a-7p 7p-7a
• Additional details:  What is the annual patient volume?: 22000
  •             What is the total number of hospital beds?: 75
  •             How many ED beds?: 21
  •             Will FM and/or IM trained clinicians be accepted?: IM
  •             What is the patient volume per hour?: 2
  •             Are scribe services offered?: no
  •             EM experience : 3 + years
  •             Trauma designation Level: No Trauma
  •             Will the hospital release their application and process pending license?: Yes
  •             Acceptable Board Certifications:: ABEM/AOBEM, ABIM/AOBIM
  •             Please select all required life support certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS
  •             Supervision Responsibilities?: APC
