Locum Job Opportunity
SMART is actively recruiting for a locum Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage for a client of ours in Ohio.
Qualifications:
- License requirements: Ohio License
- Certification requirements: ABEM, ABFM, ABIM
- Any additional requirements specific to job (i.e. specific availability, specific certifications, etc.) Must be able to provide 6 or more shifts per month
Job Summary:

• Please provide days and times below.: 7a-7p 7p-7a
• Please provide the number of shifts that locums will cover per month.: 12
• What EMR system does this facility use?: Epic
• What is the annual patient volume?: 29000
• What is the total number of hospital beds?: 75
• How many ED beds?: 24
• Will FM and/or IM trained clinicians be accepted?: Both
• What is the patient volume per hour?: 2.1
• Are scribe services offered?: no
• EM experience : 1-3 years
• Trauma designation Level: No Trauma
