SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Illinois. Coverage is needed August and ongoing through the end of the year. 

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois license 
• ACLS, BLS, PALS
• 8 and 10 hour shifts available.

Job Summary:

• Shift times: 7a-3p or until cases are complete
• OR call 7p-7a
• Case types: PEDs, Gen, Ortho, URO, Ophthalmology, ENT, PLastics, POs, ENDO, GYN, Pain Mgmt
• Medically Supervised
• Blocks, Spinals, Epidurals required
• EMR: Epic
