SMART is actively recruiting for a locum Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage for a client of ours in Arizona. 

Qualifications:

• License requirements:  Arizona
• Certification requirements:  ABEM
• Any additional requirements specific to job (i.e. specific availability, specific certifications, etc.) ACLS and ATLS

Job Summary:

• Shift times: 7a-7p and 7p-7a.  Must be able to work both day and night shifts
• Call Details (if applicable): N/A
• Case types (if applicable): 14 Beds
• Additional details: Free Standing Emergency Department
• EMR: Cerner
