- Shift Times: Sun – Tues: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 10p-7a | Wed – Sat: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a
- How many MD’s/Mid-levels during the day? 1 MDs – 7a-3p; 3p-11p (7 days a week) | 1-2 APCs – 12p-12A + expanding coverage
- How many MD’s/Mid-levels during the night? 1MD: 10P-7A (Sun-Tues); 11P-7A (Wed-Sat) | APC: 12P-12A (7 days a week)
- How long is credentialing? 60-days facility processing time
- Temp/Emergency Privileges granted? Yes with clean files and an active license
