Job Details
SMART is actively recruiting for a locum APP to provide coverage for a client of ours in Connecticut. Coverage is needed starting February 2025 and ongoing until September 2025.
Qualifications:
- License requirements: CT License
- Primary care office
- Shift times: 8am – 4:30pm on Wed & Thurs
- Average of 18-20 patients per day
- Call Details (if applicable): No Call
- EMR: EPIC
- Competitive hourly rates
- SMART covers malpractice insurance
- Paid travel and accommodations
